Shantanu Lahiri is a versatile multi-domain Advisor in the Industry segments like Hotels, Resorts, Luxury Real Estate, Malls, Healthcare and now, also into Cinemas.

He started his career in FNB Controls after completing his Hotel Management degree in 1995. He then joined Sarovar Hotels and was handling Marketing in part of Mumbai and entire East India moving on to know more on the processes of Hotel Information Technology.

In 2006, he joined ITC Fortune Park Hotels as Regional Head before he opened up his own company – White Lotus Advisory Services.

He has scaled up the domain of Advisory & Projects from Hotels to Luxury formats of Real Estate, Healthcare, Automobile and Cinemas.

Shantanu was extremely active in Hospital processes especially during Covid periods and single handedly managed vaccination programmes for big corporate houses alongside crisis management. Shantanu specialises in Process Management, Process Audit, Revenue Management, CRM Process, Marketing and Project Management Advisory.

The Multi-dimensional learning that he possesess, has made Shantanu instrumental in doing Pan-India research for the needs of IIM’s, which later on have been successfully implemented.

Shantanu is also one of the Directors of Intellect Hospitality which specialises in Hotel Management & Operations.

Shantanu’s newest venture is the White Lotus Centre of Excellence, which is an endeavour to Train & Mentor resources for various service setups so that Transaction & Transformation evolves simultaneously for the most important asset known as People!
